Refunds/Exchanges
Products purchased on this web site are subject to a 10-day return, if undamaged or unopened. If you desire to return a product, please submit a contact request to the right, and you will receive a return ID number to send with your package to our warehouse.
Refunds will only be given to the account used to make the purchase. No cash refunds will be issued.
Books, t-shirts, and CDs cannot be exchanged, unless they are unopened. If unopened, send exchange request to P.O. Box 26554 Philadelphia, Pa 19141. Please allow 2 weeks for exchange.
